If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept the return of an unused product within 14 days.

Once we receive the returned item Dreamers Ibiza will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Dreamers Ibiza will not usually a refund for products purchased through distributors or retail partners.

Please return the jewellery in the original packaging. Items damaged or lost in return shipment are insured with the trackable mail service we use.

Please provide us with a receipt of purchase if possible.

All of our products are handmade so sizes and colors may vary from piece to piece.

We do our best to ensure each item reaches you in good condition and you are happy with your purchase. However, if the jewelry you ordered is not quite what you were looking for, please let us know by email at info@dreamersibiza.com within 7 days.
